Soursop (Graviola) is the fruit of Annona muricata, a broadleaf, flowering, evergreen tree that is native to the tropical regions of the
Americas but is now widely cultivated, in tropical climates throughout the world and in some areas, becoming invasive. The plant is grown for its 25cm long,
prickly, green fruit, which can weigh up to 6.8 kg. The flesh of the fruit consists of an edible, white pulp, used to make fruit nectar, smoothies, fruit
juice drinks, as well as candies, sorbets, and ice cream flavourings. The flavour of the fruit has been described as a combination of strawberry and pineapple,
with sour citrus flavour notes contrasting with an underlying creamy texture reminiscent of coconut or banana. The Extract of the fruit and leaves is used for its medicinal properties.
Native populations have used the bark, leaves, roots, fruit, seeds and flowers for thousands of years for
everything from arthritis to liver problems.
These days Graviola is usually used for bacteria, virus and parasites infections, herpes, coughs, and some types of cancer.

What do the capsules contain?
Each capsule contains 350mg of 10x strength graviola extract.
How do I take it?
Take 1 -2 capsules per day with your evening meal. If consuming daily for longer than 30 days,
it will lower the stomachs bacteria count, so you should take it with a pro-biotic, to avoid digestion problems.
You should also take a break from consumption of 1 week each 30 days, and do not consume daily for longer than 3 months.
Is there any drug interactions?
Avoid the use of Graviola if you are taking anti-hypertensive, vasodilators,
cardiac depressant drugs, anti-depressants or MAO inhibitors.
If you are taking any other drugs or supplements, or have low blood pressure check with your doctor first.
Is there any side effects?
May cause nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, and drowsiness. If you have unpleasant side effects, lower the dosage or stop taking and consult your doctor.
